Truly an incredible talk show that will be etched in memory for a very long time. It was an exceptional gathering with 114 participants.
CNIYEF Koshi organized a youth retention program titled “भविष्यको तयारी” aimed at preparing the youth for the future. The program, held at Biratnagar, brought together young professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to discuss strategies for retaining youth talent and fostering a conducive environment for their growth and development.
Through panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions, participants gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by young people in the workforce and explored innovative solutions to address them.
